Two Men Arrested of Racial and Homophobic Act; Threatening and yelling At a Man


Two men allegedly accused of homophobic behaviour outside Gay bar R place night club.

According to police report, they walked up to the man outside the club which they ask him for a cigarrette and he refused to share a smoke with them. Upon that they started yelling and threatening attack but witnesses around intervened and called 911.

Police arrested the two intoxicated men, ages 33 and 44, and booked them into the King County Jail for investigation of malicious harassment, the state’s hate-crime statute.
